Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through www.konvolutternorge.com. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.1 Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.

2.2 Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order.

2.3 You will receive an automated acknowledgement on ordering; this is not an acceptance of your order.

3. Prices and VAT

3.1 All prices include VAT (MVA) at the applicable Norwegian rate.

3.2 Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

3.3 We may update prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Import Duties and Customs

4.1 Norway is a member of the European Economic Area (EEA) but not the EU Customs Union. Under the EEA Agreement, goods traded between the EEA and Spain are generally not subject to customs duties. No import duties are expected to apply to your order.

4.2 For queries about applicable regulations, refer to Norwegian Customs (Tolletaten).

5. Delivery

5.1 Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. We will notify you of significant delays.

5.2 We are not liable for loss resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

6. Payment

6.1 Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (Norwegian Distance Selling Act — Angrerettloven).

7.2 To exercise the right, contact us at kundeservice@konvolutternorge.com or admin@enveseur.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below.

7.3 Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

7.4 We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

8. Defective or Incorrect Goods

8.1 If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

8.2 We will cover return shipping and offer replacement, repair, or a full refund under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

8.3 Distinction: For withdrawal (§ 7) return shipping is at your expense. For defective or incorrect goods (§ 8) return shipping is at our expense.

9. Return Address

Our customer service team will confirm the correct return address when your return is initiated. Returns are processed at one of two warehouses:

10. Statutory Warranty

Goods carry a statutory two-year conformity guarantee under the Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). In the event of a defect you are entitled to repair or replacement; if unavailable, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. However, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Norwegian law apply and cannot be excluded. Norway is not an EU member state; the EU ODR platform does not apply, but equivalent dispute resolution is available through Norwegian consumer bodies.
